Driving Instructor Training with SuperDriver

Being a driving instructor can be a lonely business. We recognise this and to help we organise events for the team.  In the past we have organised Karting afternoons in June and a Christmas meal in December.  Both fully paid for by us.  All you need to do is turn up and have a great time!

We will provide:

  • At least 25 hours of work per week (any hours you currently have will count towards the 25 hour minimum)
  • A short common sense agreement
  • Superdriver signage and roof box applied to your car
  • Business cards
  • Copies of useful training material (assessment sheets, in-car progress cards, appointment cards)
  • {yourname} e-mail address
  • Access to Theory Test Pro for you and your customers
  • Help and Advice 7 days a week

You will need to:

  • Be well turned out, reliable and ready to provide high quality tuition
  • Sign the agreement
  • Become a member of the DIA
  • Provide your own car
  • Be a fully qualified ADI and be fully insured
  • Indemnify superdriver against any claims from your customers in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the tuition vehicle or from the acts or omissions by you

I joined superdriver over 7 years ago. I had been an Adi previously but had to get a "proper" job due to inconsistent income. This had been my experience of franchises up until now.

I decided to give the job another go as I always found it satisfying. I contacted Ian just before taking my part 3 and found a really supportive ally straight away. Ian even helped by allowing me to sit in on lessons.

One of my concerns was going from one job to another and coping with no income in between. Within 2 weeks I was up to the 25 hours promised, by the end of the month I was too busy!!  It's stayed the same ever since. Ian works hard to maintain the flow of customers, and will give as much or as little support as you want.
