SuperDriver Terms & Conditions

1. At busy times when our instructors are not available we may ask an alternative driving school company to contact you. Customers whose tuition is delivered by another company are bound by the terms and conditions of that company, not SUPERDRIVER and are not eligible to use our Theory Test Pro website for free.

2. The prices on this website supersede any prices/offers advertised elsewhere.

3. Access to our account with Theory Test Pro is available to all our customers at no charge. However, we reserve the right to remove free access at any time. Free access is cancelled when lessons with our instructors are discontinued or when our customer has passed their theory test.

4. The instructor shall make their services as a SUPERDRIVER instructor available to the customer for the purpose of giving driving lessons. Our instructor has the right to refuse their services at any time for any reason and at any point in the pupils training or substitute another SUPERDRIVER instructor if required. The instructor will have the appropriate insurance to deliver your training and for your driving test.

5. If the driving instructor experiences a breakdown or accident, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lesson to a time convenient time for both parties.

6. The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of each lesson, lessons prices may change from time to time.

7. If the customer fails to give the instructor a minimum of 24 hours notice cancelling, changing or postponing any lesson, the customer shall be liable for the cancellation fee that is half the cost of the lesson. If the instructor is given less than 2 hours notice, the customer will be liable for the full cost of the lesson. Some of our instructors may have differing cancellation policies, they will make you aware of them.

8. The customer agrees that they are fit and licensed to drive and should inform their driving instructor if they are taking any medication or suffer any health problems which may affect their ability to drive. We reserve the right to cancel lessons at short notice if we believe the customer is unfit due to the effects of alcohol, drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause dangerous driving. The full lesson cost will be payable by the customer.

9. This agreement is made solely between the instructor and the customer and no contractual relationship exists between SUPERDRIVER and the customer. Accordingly, the customer acknowledges that SUPERDRIVER has no liability to the customer in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the tuition vehicle or from the acts or omissions of the instructor or any other instructor substituted.

10. If the customer pays the instructor for the next booking in advance or pay for a block booking, SUPERDRIVER does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any acts, defaults or failure on the part of the instructor not to carry out their obligations.

11. The instructor reserves the right to refuse his/her car for a driving test, if they believe the candidate isn't ready.

12. SUPERDRIVER driving instructors are self employed as are most driving instructors, they are not employed by SUPERDRIVER they are businesses in their own right.
